Information on OUSU's Complaints Procedure
OUSU takes complaints from members seriously and will endeavour to deal with complaints quickly.
Complaints are dealt with by the OUSU Complaints Committee - a body elected by OUSU Council. The current Chair of the complaints committee is John Maher (Keble).
Complaints should be addressed by email to complaints@ousu.org or by post to Complaints Committee, OUSU, Thomas Hull House,Bonn Square, Oxford, OX1 2DH.
